Carter Consults was founded in 2005 as The Gatherings Planning Group, a part-time venture started by Brandi Carter, a nonprofit executive with more than 10 years of experience developing and managing integrated marketing, community relations and event strategies for well known nonprofit organizations like the American Cancer Society, the United Way and affiliates of the HandsOn Network. In January of 2009, Carter left the nonprofit sector, joined forces with a talented and civically engaged network of marketing, event and management professiionals and launched Carter Consults. The consulting firm offers integrated marketing, community relations, events and management strategies to organizations seeking to make a social impact in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties..
